The City Clerk shall act as auditor of the Board, and shall keep such records of its financial affairs as the State Tax Commissioner may require under West Virginia Code Article 6-9 and perform such other duties appertaining to the affairs of the Board as it shall from time to time prescribe, all without any compensation in addition to the compensation paid him as such City Clerk.
