Council further hereby finds that for the purpose of assisting in the administration of the provisions of this article, various statutory sections of the aforesaid State Act shall be hereby expressly adopted and incorporated as provisions of this article, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, and which state statutory sections specifically hereby adopted and incorporated herein are as follows:
(a) Section 6B-1-1 to 5; and
(b) Section 6B-2-5.
