107.04 CLERK TO BE CHIEF ELECTION OFFICIAL, DUTIES.
   The provisions of West Virginia Code 3-1-2a and Articles 8 and 9 regulating the conduct of elections are hereby adopted.
   The Chief Election Official of the City shall be the City Clerk who shall certify to the Mason County Clerk, or other appropriate election official, a list of candidates for each municipal election and perform such other duties as required by the Charter, ordinance and West Virginia Code Chapter 3. (Ord. 4-9-12)
