1731.07 INJUNCTION: HEARING BY CIRCUIT COURT.
   The owner or lessee of the property shall have the right to apply to the circuit court of the county for a temporary injunction restraining the Enforcement Committee pending final disposition of the cause. (Ord. 3-12-18)
