1709.05 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this article the following terms shall have the meanings set forth herein:
   (a)   "Municipality" means the City of Point Pleasant.
   (b)   "Corporation counsel" means the Attorney for the City of Point Pleasant. (6-10-68)
