1347.06 EXISTING ESTABLISHMENTS NOT EXEMPT; DAMAGE AND REPLACEMENT.

All existing licensed limited video lottery and/or Keno establishments (effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance 12-14-04) are not exempt from these requirements. If the structure housing an existing limited video lottery and/or Keno establishment becomes damaged or destroyed by any cause, the structure may be replaced or reconstructed as long as action to reestablish the facility is initiated within 180 days.
