(a) Motels, motor inns and motor hotels shall comply with the sanitary and building code regulations prescribed by State and County health authorities.
(b) The following requirements shall apply to the development and construction of motels, motor inns and motor hotels:
(1) The lot to be developed shall not be less than two acres in area and shall contain not less than 2,000 square feet of lot per sleeping unit. The lot to be developed shall not have less than one parking space per sleeping unit. All buildings and structures shall be distant at least 25 feet from the front and side lot lines. The buildings and structures on the lot shall not occupy in the aggregate more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the area of the lot.
(2) All areas not used for access, parking, circulation, buildings and services shall be landscaped and the entire site maintained in good condition.
