1331.02 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR MOBILE HOMES AND TRAILERS.
   (a)   The parking of a mobile home or similar portable residence structure in any residential district other than in a mobile home park or subdivision is prohibited.
   (b)   The parking of camping or vacation trailer, boats and utility or boat trailers is prohibited in any residential district for forty-eight hours or a longer period of time except that such trailers and boats may be stored in an enclosed garage or other accessory building or parked in the rear or side yard of a residential property, provided:
      (1)   That in all cases no living quarters are maintained or any business conducted while the trailer or boat is stored or parked.
      (2)   The trailer or boat is intended and used for the sole benefit and enjoyment of the resident occupants of the property on which it is stored or parked.
      (3)   The trailer or boat is not parked closer than three feet to the side or rear lot lines of the property on which it is stored or parked.
