In their interpretation and application, provisions of this Zoning Ordinance shall be held to be minimum requirements. Where this Ordinance imposes a greater restriction than is imposed or required by other provisions of the law or by other rules or regulations or resolutions the provision of this Ordinance shall control. Where other provisions of law impose greater restrictions than this Ordinance, those provisions shall prevail.
