(a) The boundaries of such districts are hereby established as shown on the Zoning Map, certified by the Planning Commission. Such Zoning Map with all notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Planning and Zoning Code as if fully described herein.
(b) All questions concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance.
(c) In every case where territory becomes part of the incorporated area of the City as a result of the incorporation by the City, such territory shall automatically be classified as an "R-1" District until otherwise classified.
