(a) Such district and boundaries thereof are hereby adopted and established as shown on the Zoning Map of the incorporated territory of the City, which Map together with all notations, references, data, street boundaries and other information shown thereon is hereby made part of this Zoning Ordinance. This change is contingent upon the following: (a) Parking for this business shall be on the West side of the subject property; (b) Ingress and egress for customers of this business shall be directly off of Jackson Avenue and not off of North Park Drive; (c) The main entry of this business shall face the West; (d) The driveway located on the North of said lot shall only be used for parking by the owner and/or an employee; and (e) No vehicles shall park along North Park Drive at any time for any reason. (b) Except where references on such Zoning Map to a road or street line or other designated line by dimensions are shown on such Map, the district boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines or the center lines of roads or streets as they existed at the time of the adoption of this Zoning Ordinance. Where district boundary lines are shown following creeks, streams or river channels it is intended that the district line follow the center of the creek, stream or river. But where a district line obviously does not coincide with such lines or where it is not designated by dimensions it shall be determined by scaling.
