Whoever violates any provision of this article or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the Enforcement Agency pursuant to the authority granted by this article, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned for not less than five days or more than thirty days; and each day's failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
