(a) All of the following are hereby established, designated, dedicated, and shall forever be recognized as public parks within the City:
(1) Gunn Park. All of the real estate situate between the eastbound and westbound lanes of Fourth Street;
(2) Harmon Park. All of the real estate situate North of Camden Avenue and just South of 21st Street, the same being used, in the past and present, for community recreation, including, but not limited to, baseball, tennis, swimming, skateboarding, and community functions within the “Youth Center” building;
(3) Krodel Park. All of the real estate situate North of WV State Rt. 2/62, beginning across from Kingtown Road, and extending North to the right of way of the Penn Central Railroad and East to the entrance road to said Park, said area to include, but not be limited to the City pond, buildings for community functions, recreational vehicle/camper parking, playground, Fort Randolph and various open-air shelters;
(4) Medal of Honor Park. All of the real estate situate between Jackson Avenue/WV Route 62 and Mossman Circle, between 26th Street and 27th Street.
(5) Riverfront Park. All of the real estate situate between the floodwall and the Ohio River, beginning at the extension of Second Street and extending North to the extension of Fifth Street;
(6) Silver Bridge Memorial Park. All of the real estate situate South of Sixth Street and West of Main Street, where the two said Streets intersect, and where the memorial bricks and plaque are currently located; and
(7) Tu-Endie-Wei State Park. All of the real estate bounded on the North by the floodwall, on the East by Main Street, on the South by the Kanawha River, and on the West by the Ohio River, the same including, but not being limited to, the Mansion House, the Battle of Point Pleasant Monument, Cornstalk’s Grave, green space, and various other monuments.
