957.05 ANIMALS OR FOWL RUNNING AT LARGE ON LANDS OR RIGHTS OF WAY.

No person, firm or corporation shall tether, hitch, lead upon or over, or permit to run at large, any horses, mules, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese or other animals or fowl upon the lands or rights of way acquired by the City for floodwall purposes, or at any place upon the floodwall levees, gates or openings. (3-7-51)
