957.03 CONSTRUCTING FENCES AND WALKWAYS ON LAND OR RIGHTS OF WAY; DUMPING RUBBISH OR WASTE.

No person, firm or corporation shall place or construct any fences, enclosures, walkways or other obstructions, or place or dump rubbish, waste material or other matter upon the land or rights of way acquired by the City for floodwalls, or upon, over or against such floodwalls or levees or appurtenant works. (3-7-51)
