The rates to be charged for the use of the City garbage and trash pickup system and service shall be as follows:
(a) Individual Family Unit. The rate for an individual family unit in the City shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00). This fee is for a one-month period with a once-a- week pickup of garbage only. The fee is payable monthly and shall be billed with the water and sewer bill.
(b) Commercial Rates. All persons, firms or corporations engaged in business within the City shall pay the following rates for garbage and trash service:
(1) Once-a-week pickup, one can for the aforementioned establishments shall be Twenty Dollars and 02 Cents ($20.02) per month.
(2) Once-a-week pickup, more than one can, shall be Twenty-nine Dollars and 21 Cents ($29.21) per month.
(3) Twice-a-week pickup shall be Thirty-seven Dollars and 87 Cents ($37.87) per month.
(4) Three-times-a-week pickup shall be Forty-six Dollars and 89 Cents ($46.89) per month.
(5) Five-times-a-week pickup shall be Seventy-two Dollars and 50 Cents ($72.50) per month.
When the frequency or volume of collection required exceeds the above schedule, the Mayor is authorized to determine a reasonable fee to be charged. Additional charges shall also be assessed when such garbage, rubbish or trash is not easily accessible for collection.
