Any sidewalk which is to be replaced on Main Street from the Ferry Landing to the intersection of Seventh Street shall be replaced in accordance with standards adopted and used in the replacement of sidewalks on Main Street between Third and Sixth Streets in the 1991 Main Street Streetscape Project. Such standards shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk for reference purposes.
