739.21 INJUNCTION AGAINST COLLECTION OF LICENSE TAX; PAYMENT UNDER PROTEST.

No injunction shall issue from any court in this City enjoying the collection on any license tax provided herein, but the party claiming that any license is not due, for any reason, shall pay the same under protest and petition for refund in accordance with the provisions of West Virginia Code 11-1-2a. (7-1-68)
