739.02 LICENSE TAXES LEVIED.

(a) No person shall engage in or prosecute, within the City, any business, profession, activity, trade or employment contained in this article without a license.

(b) Any person engaged in any business, profession, activity, trade or employment in the City for which a specific license is not hereinafter set forth and prescribed shall pay an annual license fee of $20.00. (5-10-04)
