731.26 RETURNS OF TAXPAYER NOT PUBLIC RECORDS.

The returns submitted by the taxpayers in accordance with Sections 731.14 and 731.15, or the information contained therein, shall not be published or be open to public inspection, except in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by Council.
