(a) No person shall, without lawful authority, place, post or dispose of in any manner, upon public property or upon the premises of another, any sign, paper, posting or any other substance or material which advertises, provides notice of or in any other manner applies to a garage or yard sale.
(b) Signs shall only be posted between one hour prior to the beginning of such sale and shall be removed no later than one hour after conclusion of the last day of the sale.
(c) A yard sale sign will be provided by the City to be placed in the resident’s yard. Such sign shall have the required permit affixed to it.
