All development affecting lands within the RPO shall be reviewed in accordance with the site plan procedures set forth in section 17.02.500, "Site Plan Review Committee", of this title. A preapplication conference is required for all land development applications with an RPO designation. The conference shall be used to determine the applicability of the provisions of this chapter; determine the need for specific studies as set out in this chapter; and identify the review process. No activity shall be undertaken until all appropriate permits have been obtained. Approval for subdivisions and/or other land development activities shall not be granted unless the applicant has complied with the requirements set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 2846 § 1, 2008)
