Application for a fence permit, accompanied by the permit fee set forth in section 15.28.010 of this chapter, shall be made to the building department. If the application is approved, the building department shall issue a permit. The application shall consist of a site plan containing the following information:
A. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of the property owner and fence contractor;
B. Address of the project site;
C. Statement of materials to be used;
D. Diagram showing:
1. Property lines and dimensions of the project site;
2. Proposed location of fencing, length of fence lines, height of each section of the fencing, and location of materials used if materials differ from section to section. (Ord. 2332 § 1, 1990: Ord. 2269 § 2, 1988)
