Unless otherwise provided, any person, corporation, partnership or any other legal entity who violates the provisions of §§ 34.01 and 34.02 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
