Any account, such as, ebay, should be set up in the township’s name and the department head supervising the process shall be responsible for handling all questions about the item being sold, its condition, inspection by potential purchasers, pictures of the item and delivery/pick-up. The Board shall also designate the account to be credited with the sale proceeds.
