§ 31.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, any person, corporation, partnership or any other legal entity who violates the provisions of §§ 31.020 through 31.036 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any other provisions of §§ 31.050 through 31.054 is responsible for a civil infraction punishable by a civil fine not to exceed $100.
