(A) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Unless otherwise provided, any person, corporation, partnership or any other legal entity who violates the provisions of §§ 115.20 through 115.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
