§ 115.35  AUTHORIZED TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS.
   The Code Enforcement Officer or his or her designee is hereby designated as the authorized township official to issue municipal civil infraction citations or municipal civil infraction violation notices for violations under this subchapter as provided by this code.
