§ 97.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 97.01 through 97.07 or fails to comply with its requirements shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, and in addition, shall pay all costs and expenses involved. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
      (2)   The owner of record or tenant of any building, structure, premises or part thereof, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent or person who commits, participates in, assists in or maintains such violation may each be found guilty of a separate offense and suffer penalties herein provided.

   (C)   Any person who violates §§ 97.20 and 97.21 shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that the violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
