§ 97.01  PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the construction, maintenance, inspection, repair and assessment of costs for sidewalks pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 359 of 1947, being M.C.L.A. §§ 42.1 et seq., as amended, and Public Act 80 of 1989, being M.C.L.A. §§ 41.271 et seq.
