(A) No person shall sell consumer fireworks in the township without having obtained a consumer fireworks certificate from the Department as required by, and complied with all the requirements of Act 256, as amended. The consumer fireworks certificate shall be prominently displayed at the retail location for which the certificate was issued.
(B) No person shall sell low-impact fireworks without having registered with the low impact fireworks retail registry maintained by the Department.
