(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates or fails to comply with § 94.05(B) shall be responsible for a civil infraction punishable by a civil fine of $1,000. Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any other provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.09 is responsible for a civil infraction punishable by a civil fine not to exceed $500.
