§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, any person, corporation, partnership or any other legal entity who violates the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.23 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Any person or persons who violates any provision of §§ 90.35 through 90.37 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500, or by both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
