§ 90.35  PURPOSE.
   It is hereby determined that the release of non-domesticated nuisance animals such as rats, raccoons, opossums and the like, into the township by persons or parties hired to capture and remove the animals from residential areas, may endanger the public health, safety and welfare if left unregulated. The purpose of this subchapter is to establish reasonable regulations controlling the release of nuisance animals to make certain that the public health, safety and welfare of the community is protected.
