§ 70.05  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF MOTOR CARRIER FUEL TAX AND PERMIT TRIP ACT.
   The Motor Carrier Fuel Tax and Permit Trip Act, Public Act 119 of 1980, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 270.211 through 270.227, is hereby adopted by reference.
