§ 152.54  OCCUPANCY PERMITS; FEE.
   No house trailer shall be used or occupied as a place of human habitation unless such house trailer meets the requirements of this chapter and the inhabitants or users thereof first obtain a permit from the Mayor for such purpose. An application for such a permit shall be signed by the applicant and shall contain the name of the street and the street number of the premises occupied and the name of the owner or responsible occupant of such premises, together with a statement that such owner or occupant has given his or her permission for such occupancy. The permit fee shall be $10.  The Mayor shall issue such a permit after determining that the provisions of this chapter are complied with in full.
