§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this title or any condition of a permit issued thereunder, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. The imposition of a penalty shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each ten days that a prohibited condition is maintained, unless otherwise provided. The application of the penalty provided herein shall not preclude the enforced removal of prohibited conditions or the application of any other equitable remedy.

The imposition of a penalty shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue.
