(A) Each house trailer must be separately connected directly to the village electrical system, the village water system and the village sewerage system or a separate septic tank if a sewer line is not available.
(B) No house trailer shall be connected to village utilities until a utility deposit is made with the Village Fiscal Officer in accordance with the rates established for such deposit.
