No person shall park a house trailer at any one time within a 24-hour period in or upon any street in the village for a longer period than six hours, nor shall any person park such a vehicle thereon for any period of time between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, except by temporary permit from the office of the Mayor.
