(A) Each mobile home park shall be equipped at all times with adequate fire extinguishing equipment as determined by the Fire Department and in accordance with the Ohio Fire Code.

(B) Conformity with state and village sanitary codes and health regulations relative to the construction, drainage, safety, sanitation and operation of mobile home parks is required, except when a provision of this chapter establishes a higher or stricter standard.
