§ 152.28  GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION; BURNING GARBAGE.
   (A)   Procedures and facilities for garbage and rubbish collection shall be provided in accordance with state law or regulation.

   (B)   No burning of trash, refuse or garbage is permitted in a mobile home park.
