(A) Access drives. All mobile home spaces shall abut upon access drives of not less than 25 feet in pavement width, which shall have unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare. Paved off-access drive parking shall be provided at the rate of at least two spaces per mobile home space. All access drives and parking and service areas shall be paved with concrete, asphalt or equivalent and shall conform to construction standards approved by the County Engineer as adequate for the type of use proposed.

(B) Walkways and skirting. All mobile homes shall be fully skirted and connected to common walks, to paved access drives or to paved driveways or parking spaces connected to paved access drives. Such individual walks shall have a minimum width of two feet.

(C) Park entrances. No entrance to a mobile home park shall be within 200 feet of an intersecting public street.

(D) Lighting. All common walks and drives shall be well lighted throughout the night.

(E) Extra parking spaces. Parking spaces for boats, trailers, recreation vehicles and extra vehicles shall be provided. Such vehicles shall not be parked in mobile home drives or common access drives unless they are being loaded or unloaded.
