There shall be at least ten feet clearance between adjacent mobile homes, including their structural additions, such as carports, pull-outs, patios, etc. No mobile home or structural addition shall be closer than 20 feet from any permanent existing residence outside the park, unless separated therefrom by a natural buffer or artificial buffer six feet in height. Such buffer shall be maintained and landscaped to provide an obscuring screen. The type, quantity and planted height of materials used for buffering shall be shown on the site development plan. No structure of any type shall be closer than 20 feet to any property line bounding the park.
