The minimum size of the site to be developed is ten acres. Each mobile home space shall be a minimum of 5,000 square feet for each single unit and clearly defined as to boundaries. The density of such development shall not exceed eight mobile homes per acre of the total project site. Each home shall have a minimum living area of 720 square feet and shall be occupied by not more than two persons per bedroom.
