All persons constructing or locating dwellings or buildings within the city shall place or cause the same to be placed upon a lot in accordance with the residential building setback requirements as set forth in sections 8-4-7, 8-5-6, 8-6-6 and 8-7-6 of this code; the commercial building setback requirements as set forth in sections 8-8-6, 8-9-7 and 8-10-6 of this code; and the industrial building setback requirements as set forth in section 8-11-6 of this code.
