The garbage collection rates shall be reviewed annually by the city council and changed from time to time by council resolution. There are hereby established the following types of collection rates:
A. Residential rates shall be based upon the number of automated collection receptacles used for collection.
B. Commercial rates, with the following classifications:
1. Collection once or twice a week and number of automated collection receptacles.
2. Collection once or twice a week and size of dumpster.
C. All bundled items and special hauls, as defined in section 3-5-6 of this code shall be assessed an overage charge. Any damage to or theft of automated collection receptacles shall be assessed a repair or replacement fee. (Ord. 427, 11-14-2013)
