§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Violations of §§ 50.01 through 50.15 are a municipal infraction or civil offense. Citations issued and proceedings thereon shall be conducted in accordance with § 10.35.
