The city reserves the right to deny or discontinue water and/or sewer service to any premises whenever the provision of such services would not be compliant with applicable laws, standards or regulations or city ordinances or policies or when the provision of such services would cause a risk of damage or contamination to the city’s system, or property damage or personal injury to any party.
