§ 111.21 AUTHORIZED AREAS FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

Businesses licensed by the state for retail sale of beer, wine, liquor or other alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption shall be located only within those areas of the city that are authorized or zoned for such businesses in the city code, city ordinances and/or the official city zoning map.
