§ 71.05 CONCESSIONAIRES.
   (A)   Definitions.
      CONCESSIONAIRE. An operation or activity by a person or persons who have an executed, written contract with the city for operation of a concession at the airport.
      PERSON. An individual, corporation, partnership, or other entity.
   (B)   Concessionaire lease. No person shall operate a concession on any part of the airport without having first entered a lease with the city specifically authorizing such concession.
